A revised Retireee Healthcare Summary Plan Description was mailed to retirees by Kieten McLellan on June 3, 2002.
Note: See page 33 .... Coverage After Age 65 .... "The Medical Plan's lifetime maximum benefits starts over again and changes to $15,000. This does not apply to former DuPont Employees! Former DuPont retirees have a $ 1 milion annual medical/pharmacy benefit. Ms McLellan has been contacted and agrees. She has promised an amended Summary. As of September 5, 2002, the amended Summary has not been received.
